Refund policy

Goods to be returned for credit or exchange must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice. The items must be returned in their original packaging and labelling, in new and resaleable condition. Items that have been used will not be considered for credit or exchange.

Goods may be returned within 14 days of receipt for credit or exchange.

All courier or delivery costs for returning items, as well as for sending exchanged items, are the responsibility of the customer.

Saddlery & Lifestyle will cover the return shipping costs only if the return is due to our error, such as sending an incorrect or defective item.

Sale or clearance items are final and are not eligible for credit, refund, or exchange.
